The Inclusive Development Programme brought together the Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning and the Municipalities of Mitrovica North, Zvecan, Zubin Potok and Leposavic in a 2-day workshop with the topic on construction management in the local level.

The issues of construction management raised previously by the officers of respective municipalities were thoroughly described and discussed between parties through specifically prepared presentations on the construction management and the links with strategic planning. The matter was practiced by exercising three realistic scenarios related to construction conditions/permit where the purpose was to identify/assess the role of all actors involved and describe the process step by step. The group work exercises involved a role playing approach, a lot of positive discussions and an important input to the everyday work of the municipalities.
