The municipal mayor Mr. Abdülhadi Krasniç, municipal directors and officials were introduced with the responsible team (Planners, GIS expert and assistants for data gathering) engaged by UN-Habitat, methodology of data gathering and processing as well as with the responsibilities of both parties.

The municipal mayor greeted the beginning of the process and expressed the willingness and readiness to cooperate and contribute during whole process, in order to develop a qualitative Database. This tool will be used not only for drafting the Municipal Zoning Map but will serve also to different municipal sectors.

It should be noted that the Spatial Planning Database is being developed by UN-Habitat as a continuation of confidence and cooperation built during the development of Municipal Development Plan.
