UN-Habitat is facilitating the process of drafting the Municipal Zoning Map of Mamushe by assessing the current development situation in the municipality through evaluation of the Municipal Development Plan (MDP) of Mamushe and the existing spatial planning database.

Proposed organizational chart of the human resources required for the new spatial planning cycle and formalizing the necessary structures within the chart is also part of the support. All the activities are closely coordinated with the Department of Urbanism.

This initial step will bring out the MDP Evaluation Report as well as the Roadmap for drafting the Municipal Zoning Map and reinvigorating the spatial database.
