NGO LINK has presented today “Local Strategic Plan for the Development of Youth Entrepreneurship in North Mitrovica”.

The primary objective is to produce opportunities for young entrepreneurs in North Mitrovica to exploit their potential on the global labor market by transformation of the local economy toward 4IR (Fourth Industrial Revolution). Therefore four strategic priorities have been identified: improving the ambiance and life quality in North Mitrovica; flexible skills development; allocating venture capitalist or a substitute; building/importing human resources.

The presentation was followed by a panel discussion in which the author of the document Ljubiša Mijačić and the Executive director of the NGO “Sinergija” Stefan Veljković participated. Members of the cross-sectoral mechanism, among which were representatives of youth, civil sector, donor agencies, have contributed to the document as well.
