The brochure on setting up a new inclusive strategic planning system in Kosovo was developed as part of a larger UN-HABITAT series on Urban Planning in the State of Flux. This brochure illustrates how UN-HABITAT in Kosovo has applied urban planning and design to contribute towards sustainable human settlements development in Kosovo municipalities. The brochure was presented during the World Urban Forum in Vancouver in June 2006.
