This Urban Development Plan (UDP) has been drafted together with the Municipal Development
Plan (MDP) for Pejë/Pe. According to the Law on Spatial Planning (2003/14), an Urban
Development Plan is a strategic, multi-sectoral plan that determines long-term projections for
development and management of urban areas for a period of at least five years. As such, this
UDP will be considered as a more detailed development plan which focuses on the urban area
of Pejë/Pe, detailing the policies from the MDP for this urban area.
