The evaluation of the Municipal Development Plan (MDP) was conducted for the purpose of assessing the data availability in relation to developing the Municipal Zoning Map (MZM). Two methodologies were applied: 1) Sustainability Assessment Framework (tested for the 1^st time in Kosovo) and 2) Evaluation of the MDP based on legal requirement (necessary data for the MZM). The evaluation was performed by the Municipality and the Inclusive Development Programme implemented by UN-Habitat and PAX/CBM and financed by Swedish Development Cooperation.
