We are pleased to present the evaluation report on the Three-Year Municipal Housing Programs, which has been diligently prepared by our esteemed interns.

This comprehensive report assesses the Three-Year Municipal Housing Programs drafted by the municipalities throughout Kosovo, based on criteria derived from the Municipal Housing Program conducted by UN-Habitat in Gjilan in 2014, as well as data from the OECD database. The primary goal of this evaluation is to gain a thorough understanding of the content of the programs and identify any discrepancies or areas for improvement. Furthermore, the report provides insightful recommendations aimed at drafting and implementation of a more cohesive Municipal Housing Programmes, a crucial step towards the development of a harmonized and sustainable housing strategy at Kosovo level.
