Ideja parësore që Rruga e Farkëtarëve të i kushtohet këmbësorëve ishte menduar si rrezik për veprimtarinë e bizneseve si dhe pengesë për parking tek banorët e zonës për shkak të hapësirave të limituara të parkingut. Mirëpo bashkëpunimi i komunës me komunitetin e biznesit dhe banorët solli një propozim për të krijuar një ambient vibrant që mundësoi hapjen e bizenseve të reja të vogla dhe i përmirësoi gjendjen e bizneseve ekzistuese.
