MEETING WITH ALBANIA'S MINISTRY OF URBAN DEVELOPMENT AND TOURISM

On the 4th of December, Kosovo's Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning and UN-Habitat met with Ms. Eglantina Gjermeni, the Minister of Urban Development and Tourism of Albania and her team in Tirana. In the meeting both parties exchanged information about spatial planning and development in Kosovo and Albania, as well as possible future cooperation for sustainable municipal and urban development.

Kosovo delegation was composed by Mr. Shpetim Rudi, the Deputy Minister of Environment and Spatial Planning, Mr. Luan Nushi, the Director of the Institute of Spatial Planning, Ms. Marija Radulovic, the Political Adviser to the Deputy Prime minister and Minister of Local Government Administration, and one representative from Friedrich Ebert Foundation, Ms. Besa Luzha, while UN-Habitat's delegation was composed by Chief Technical Adviser Ms. Gwendoline Mennetrier, and UN-Habitat representatives Ms. Catarina Camarinhas, Ms. Arijeta Himaduna and Mr. Artan Rexhepi.
