The UNDP/UN-HABITAT Local Government Programme, “LoGo” (2000-2001) was operational in six municipalities of Kosovo and focused on building local planning capacity for municipal and village development.  Municipal development plans were drawn up at the village and neighbourhood levels though consultative processes.
