In November 2011, the Government of Sweden through Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency- Sida renewed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with UN-HABITAT approving the implementation of the second phase of the Municipal Spatial Planning Support Programme in Kosovo – MuSPP3.
