My Companion towards Self-Sufficiency MuSPP TOOLBOX
The Municipal Spatial Planning Support Programme (MuSPP) has launched a ToolBox - My Companion towards Self-Sufficiency at its final seminar "Making Better Cities - A decade Together", held on 11th of December, 2014, in Prishtinë/Pristina.
The MuSPP ToolBox contains a collection of resource materials for innovative spatial planning solutions, public participation in planning - implementation and environmental planning. It also contains a variety of quality publications from MuSPP 1 to MuSPP 3.
The purpose of it is to re-affirm MuSPP's commitment to building capacities, knowledge transfer as well as encourage peer-learning amongst municipalities and a wide range of stakeholders. It is based on local context, MuSPP established methodologies and years of experience/ successes within the Kosovo context at local and central levels.
The ToolBox is structured into five focus areas: A. Participatory and Inclusive Approaches in Planning; B. Spatial Planning and Management; C. Sectoral Planning and Housing; D. Environmental Planning and Management; E. Capital Investment Projects.
It shall be kept updated due to emerging trends and changes that might occur.
