The 14^th episode of "ÇELËSI/KEY" TV Show focused on the Municipal Spatial Planning Support Programme's (MuSPP) contribution to City-Making in Kosovo. The MuSPP programme is implemented by UN-Habitat and financed the Swedish Development Cooperation.

Representatives from the UN-Habitat office in Kosovo discussed the MuSPP programme approaches and results in support of improving the quality of life in Kosovo. Discussions addressed main achievements and advantages of the applied approach on place-making through inclusive participatory processes, which has been one of the main pillars of MuSPP programme throughout a decade.  Also as part of the programme's legacy, the MuSPP Toolbox was presented as a valuable resource for further addressing the challenges of cities and towns.

The TV Show also featured extracts and interviews from MuSPP final seminar "Making Better Cities Together - A decade together" that took place on 14^th December, and went further to showcase UN-Habitat works globally and new developments towards the conference Habitat III on Housing and Sustainable Urban Development to be held in 2016.

The "ÇELESI/KEY" TV Show addresses current issues regarding architecture, planning and design and is broadcasted on the national television RTV 21.
